Begin scheduling and organizing your webinar. Assign your webinar roles, such as host, co-host, and panelists. Assemble your team who will help you during the webinar. Confirm the date, time, title, and a basic description of your event. You are also able to share your screen with clients in Zoom and you are able to record your sessions by using the Record function within the Zoom window.Do you want to create a webinar but don’t know where to begin? If you are thinking about or getting ready to host a Zoom webinar, use the timeline and information below to help you get organized and create the best experience for your panelists, your co-hosts, and your attendees. When you select Zoom as your telehealth application, a meeting ID will be generated by Zoom that you and your clients can click on.Ĭlients do not need access to the Client Portal to join these sessions as they are conducted outside of Practice Better. Practice Better will include the Zoom Meeting ID which you and your clients can click on from their confirmation or reminder email or by logging into the Client Portal and viewing their session details. Our Zoom integration supports one-on-one and group telehealth sessions. Our Zoom integration allows you to link an existing Zoom account to the platform. Practice Better also allows you to conduct your telehealth session with our Zoom integration. You cannot record your sessions directly in Practice Better but if you wish to record your telehealth sessions, you can do so by using a 3rd party application.įor more information on Practice Better Telehealth, click here. Practice Better telehealth sessions allow you to share your screen during your session allows you to use the Client Hub to view information and take notes. Clients can either click on the link provided in their session confirmation or reminder email or log into the Client Portal directly on their mobile device or computer to join their session. Once your client has access to the Client Portal, you and your client will need to log into the portal to join the session. When you select Practice Better as your Telehealth application, your client will need access to the Client Portal. There is no additional fee associated with this feature. This feature is built into our platform and is completely HIPAA compliant and secure. Practice Better allows you to conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions with your clients. Limited to 1-on-1 sessions on the Starter plan. Clients don’t require access to the Client Portal to access video sessions.
